Strivector s premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.POSITION OVERVIEWAs Digital Factory Systems Engineer your roles and responsibilities will include:Develop and deploy Tulip-based MES applications to support manufacturing operationsIntegrate Tulip with enterprise systems such as SAP, CMMS, and other platformsDesign, implement, and maintain analytics and dashboards using Power BI and Tulip AnalyticsEvaluate new digital solutions and conduct onsite proof-of-concept testingSupport enhancements to end-of-line test cellsParticipate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support deployed applicationsManage assigned project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesEnsure manufacturing data integrity and system accuracyConduct training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to operations teamsQUALIFICATIONSMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Digital Factory Systems Engineer who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Digital Factory Systems Engineer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field5+ years of progressive experience supporting manufacturing operations technologyPreferred QualificationsExperience managing technical projects (requirements, budgets, timelines, change management)Demonstrated success using technology to improve manufacturing performanceExperience leading workshops to gather and document complex manufacturing requirementsHands-on experience developing and supporting manufacturing systems, including:MES (preferred)QMS, PLCs, SCADA, Data Historians, CMMSComputer vision systemsProficiency in OT programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or similarStrong SQL skills (complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions)Experience with OT integration standards such as OPC and MQTTExperience designing and developing cloud-based analytics and reporting solutionsExperience integrating OT systems with enterprise platforms using REST APIsWe understand that even if you are a seasoned Digital Factory Systems Engineer you may not have all the skills listed here.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Compensation: Based on Experience.
