Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive overall business success. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, retail experience, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role involves overseeing daily store functions, managing staff, maintaining our games, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and operational efficiency. Duties Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and excellent guest experiences Manage purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock control to optimize inventory levels and reduce shrinkage Oversee cash handling procedures, scheduling, and connecting with our management time with accuracy and integrity Ensure compliance with safety standards, POS system operations, and store policies Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, employee orientation, and leadership development Skills Proven management experience in retail or hospitality environments with supervising responsibilities Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing negotiations Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in retail math, cash handling, POS systems, and inventory control software Skilled in employee training & development, team management, and shift supervision Knowledge of retail sales techniques, marketing strategies, and merchandising principles Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with wireless sales or general operations is advantageous Join us as a General Manager to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding escape room experiences!
