Job Description Position SummaryThe Cath Lab Technologist supports diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures by performing scrub, circulating, and hemodynamic monitoring duties. This role is essential in assisting cardiologists during complex procedures and ensuring safe, efficient patient care.General Job DutiesScrub Procedures — Assist physicians during:Peripheral and vascular interventionsRight and left heart catheterizationsDevice implant procedures (as needed)Electrophysiology (EP) cases when requiredCirculate Cases — Manage room flow, patient prep, and equipment readinessMonitor Hemodynamics — Operate monitoring systems, document case data, and support safe patient careMaintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with all safety protocolsParticipate in on‐call rotation and respond within 30 minutesEquipment & Systems UsedXIM (Witt/Philips division) for hemodynamic monitoringEPIC for electronic chartingPyxis medication managementXcelera for imaging reviewSiemens & Philips fluoroscopy systemsRequired Skills & ExperiencePreferred: 2–3 years of recent Cath Lab experienceAbility to scrub, circulate, and monitor independentlyStrong knowledge of vascular, cardiac, and EP proceduresCompetence with fluoroscopy systems and hemodynamic monitoringLicensure & CertificationsBLS – AHA requiredACLS – AHA requiredRCIS or RCES – preferredARRT/CRT not required unless candidate is rad‐tech trainedFloatingNo floating to other units or departments Company DescriptionWe have been in the industry for over 30 years, understand the challenges and felt the need to offer a higher service than the rest!
