Superintendent – High-End Residential | San Francisco, Peninsula, MarinHigh-end residential construction done the right way.We're partnered with a builder operating at the very top of the residential market, delivering architect-driven custom homes throughout San Francisco, the Peninsula, and Marin. These are highly detailed, design-forward projects where expectations are high, clients are discerning, and execution matters at every step.They're looking for a Superintendent who is already working at that level or knows they should be.Someone who:Takes real pride in a clean, well-run jobsiteUnderstands how to manage architects, clients, and trades without frictionStays ahead of problems instead of reacting to themPays attention to the details most people overlookIf you've ever felt like the work around you isn't matching the standard you hold yourself to, this is the type of environment where that changes.You'll run the jobsite, coordinate closely with the PM and design team, and be trusted to execute without constant oversight.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading all field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and executionEnsuring work aligns with plans, specifications, and local codes including Cal-OSHAManaging subcontractors, suppliers, and field staffMaintaining and driving the project schedule in partnership with the PMKeeping documentation organized and up to date including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and as-builtsRepresenting the builder professionally with clients, architects, and the broader communityMaintaining a secure, organized, and high-functioning jobsiteWhat They're Looking For5+ years of Superintendent experience, specifically in high-end residential constructionComfortable working in architect-driven, client-facing environmentsStrong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and executionAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and specificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and ProcoreStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsCompensation & Benefits$130,000 – $200,000 base salary, depending on experiencePerformance bonusMedical and dental benefitsPaid holidays and PTOAbout Level RecruitingWe partner with a select group of premier custom home builders across the Bay Area.
