Senior IT Deskside Support Analyst - Executive Support

The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert for all end-user technology needs, delivering proactive and responsive support to ensure seamless operations for executives whether they are onsite, remote, or traveling. This opportunity offers direct visibility with top-level leadership, exposure to cutting-edge enterprise technology, and a chance to work in a forward-thinking IT environment.ResponsibilitiesAct as the dedicated IT support liaison for executive leadership, ensuring uninterrupted access to systems, devices, and applicationsProvide critical support for meetings, presentations, and confidential executive sessionsTroubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity across various platforms and devicesManage full lifecycle of executive hardware and software, including setup, upgrades, and refreshMaintain accurate records of equipment and asset tracking systemsDevelop documentation and knowledge articles tailored to executive user needsMentor and train other IT analysts on best practices for VIP supportBuild and maintain strong relationships with executives, anticipating their needs and advocating for their technology experienceRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)8+ years of progressive IT experience, including:5+ years in enterprise IT support5+ years of direct support for executive-level usersStrong experience with Dell, HP, Microsoft, and/or Apple systemsProficiency with tools like Microsoft SCCM, Intune, VPNs, MDM, and ITSM systemsAdvanced knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook/Exchange, and imagingNice to Have Skills & ExperienceIT certifications such as CompTIA A+ and ITIL Foundations (required), MCITP, MCDST, or HDI DST (preferred)Experience writing technical documentation and executive-facing knowledge articlesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to manage and prioritize tasks in high-pressure, fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with organizational dynamics and professional etiquette when supporting executive leadership3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card depositOther InformationTravel required up to 20% as neededOnsite position at corporate headquartersNo supervisory responsibilitiesIf you are interested in learning more about the Executive Support opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
