Maintenance TechnicianAssists in the provision of general maintenance and repair of buildings, furniture, equipment and other agency property, on an on call basis.DutiesRespond to work order schedule, which may include but is not limited to the following service or repairs:Furniture moves and/or assembly.Wall repair and prep and/or paintingDoor repair/replacementCeiling tile and or light bulb replacementMounting items on wallsGrounds keepingPerforms other related duties as assigned.Must be able to demonstrate ability to follow safety procedures.Ensure that work assigned for this position is requested on agency work order form only.Employees must be able to monitor consumer activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.An individual may qualify for the position if the individual is able to "perform safely" the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
