This role focuses on implementing and supporting DeltaV automation for Clean Utilities , ensuring robust, compliant, and efficient operations. Responsibilities Lead automation scope delivery for complex bioprocess systems within Emerson DeltaV DCS. Oversee system integrator performance and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards. Manage and approve lifecycle documentation, including design specifications, configuration standards, and validation packages. Supervise and participate in software development, change management, and version control activities. Coordinate and execute Software FAT, Integration FAT, and Equipment FAT , ensuring seamless project delivery and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with engineering, validation, operations, and quality teams to ensure automation solutions support manufacturing and compliance needs. Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and guidance throughout the automation lifecycle. Requirements Proven expertise with Emerson DeltaV in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing. Hands-on experience with automation for clean utilities . Strong understanding of GMP, GAMP 5, and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience managing system integrators and large-scale automation project delivery. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
