You’ll learn how to operate high-speed mailing equipment, prepare customer mailings, and perform quality checks to make sure projects are completed accurately and on time.New to the industry? That’s okay. We’re happy to train someone who is dependable, ready to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work.What You’ll DoSet up and operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipmentPrepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillmentFollow job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setupPerform quality checks throughout productionSort, tray, and prepare completed mail according to USPS requirementsMonitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenanceComplete required production and quality documentationAssist with other production activities and cross-training as neededWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent experienceDependable work ethic and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and basic math skillsAbility to follow detailed instructionsComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.No previous mail or machine experience?
