This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage high volumes, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.Job Duties:Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chatProcess orders, changes, cancellations, and new account setupsProvide product, pricing, billing, and delivery informationManage customer accounts (retailers, brokers, dealers)Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, quality, and billingDocument all interactions accurately in internal systemsSupport product complaints and QA complianceCollaborate cross-functionally with sales and operationsAssist with process improvements, reporting, and special projectsQualifications:High school diploma required; some college preferred5+ years of relevant customer service experienceExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.Familiarity with contact center tools (e.g., Five9)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Strong attention to detail, organization, and time managementAbility to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environmentSpanish is a plus
