Your team will develop relationships with and provide patients and families with the care and guidance they need for end-of-life care.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all branch operations, which includes both home visits and the local inpatient unitServe as a business operations expert for both home based and inpatient hospice facilityEnsure effective use of resources using P&L information, census numbers, and staffing levelsLead culture initiatives to ensure a healthy working environment for your team leaders and teamConduct back-to-bedside visits to keep you in touch with your team's experiencesPartner with Hospice Care Consultants and team leads to nurture referral relationshipsServe as a community advocate, keeping AccentCare held in high regardReview business operations report to help improve processes for the siteQualificationsIllinois RN license requiredAt least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program; two or more years' experience preferredExperience in business and fiscal functions in a health care setting preferredMust be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working orderIf you're driven, compassionate, and ready to grow your career in hospice leadership, we want to hear from you!
