Database Manager

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Database Manager to join our team. The Database Manager will oversee our database systems' design, implementation, and maintenance to ensure high performance, availability, and security. *Responsibilities* - Streamline data entry processes to improve efficiency for frontline staff - Establish and enforce SOPs - Monitor database performance and ensure high availability - Design and implement database structures to support business needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot database issues - Ensure data integrity and security in all database operations SKILLS - Proficiency in database administration, most especially QuickBase - Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell Scripting - Strong understanding of database design principles - Ability to vaticinate and proactively address potential database issues - Prior experience in maintaining database systems REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - QuickBase experience is preferred. - Three years experience in database management. - Strong professionalism, administrative ability, and effective communication/interpersonal skills working in cross-functional team - Strong attention to detail.
