Animal Research Associate

Our esteemed client, a global pharmaceutical powerhouse, known for developing and manufacturing a wide array of world-class pharmaceutical drugs, life-saving vaccines, and innovative animal-health products, is in search of an Animal Research Scientist to join their dynamic team.Pay: Up to 31/hrContract: 1-2 YearsQualifications:Education: Minimum of an AS/BS/BA in Biology, Animal Science, or relevant fields.Laboratory Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on laboratory experience, specifically with lab mice.Technical Skills:Proficient in animal handling techniques, including restraint and dosing (particularly via intravenous/tail vein administration). Skilled in compound preparation and formulation. Proficiency in cell culture techniques. Experience performing ELISA or similar assays. Familiarity with data graphing software such as Excel or GraphPad PRISM is a plus. Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively and work efficiently in a team-based environment.Responsibilities:Support preclinical discovery programs in the Boston In Vivo Quantitative Biosciences group focused on oncology drug discovery. Conduct cell culture and prepare in vivo samples for analysis. Formulate compounds and administer doses to laboratory animals. Report and analyze data from experiments, including ELISA or MSD-based assays. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective project outcomes. #INDBH
