Finance Business Partner, a full-time remote role, is responsible for providing financial insights and strategic guidance to senior executives, enhancing financial performance, and overseeing financial governance within the division. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted finance partner to the divisional General Manager and leadership team, supporting and challenging decisions to drive commercial outcomes Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights for senior leaders and board level executives to shape strategic decisions Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to improve predictability and achieve business targets Required Qualifications Significant experience as a senior Finance Business Partner advising executive level, non-finance leaders A recognized accounting qualification, such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA Proven ability to influence strategy, improve performance, and drive growth with a commercial mindset Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills Experience in explaining complex financial topics clearly and practically #J-18808-Ljbffr
