Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell's System's Validation engineering (CSE) memory team supports the integration and validation of DDR4, DDR5 and LPDDR5X high speed memory sub-systems across Marvell's 5G, DPU and multi-core server class products. The team achieves this by developing FW driven solutions and enabling features that supports our customers functional, reliability and performance objectives over a range of environmental conditions, memory topologies and densities. The team develops board diagnostic tools and exercisers that are used for performance monitoring, telemetry, debug, margin assessment and to stress the memory sub-system. We work with the leading memory suppliers to ensure interoperability through test and JEDEC compliance via the use of protocol analyzers; providing Marvell's customers with options to meet their multi-sourcing requirements.
What You Can Expect
Integrates 3rd party DDR PHY initialization firmware within Marvell's SDK.
Develop diagnostic tests and margin assessment tools.
Develop customer configurable options to align memory controller functions to customer's platform (RAS)
Validate memory controller features.
Support bring-up activities and memory initialization debug on new products.
Provides tools and direct support for application teams and customers.
Work independently with IP suppliers to debug and drive issues to closure
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering preferred with 5-10 years of related professional experience.
Proficiency in C
Strong Firmware or Diagnostics development experience on embedded systems.
Exposure to DDR, LPDDR or HBM is a plus
A general understanding of Signal Integrity concepts (Desired)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
136,900 - 202,580, $ per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
