Door Assembler

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Bottom End Assembler to contribute to our door manufacturing operations. In this role, you will interpret production tickets, assemble door components, and ensure alignment with customer specifications. Your precision and teamwork will be crucial in meeting production goals. Responsibilities Interpret and follow production tickets to understand door construction requirements. Retrieve materials and prepare components for assembly, ensuring proper glue application. Assemble doors by accurately placing components onto skins, aligning them to meet customer specifications. Perform visual quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of each assembly. Collaborate with feeder and other operators to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Operate equipment, including lift tables and transfer carts, to move and align materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret production tickets and construction specs. Strong visual perception and attention to detail for quality checks. Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for precise material placement. Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple parts with glue. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly, and up to 80 lbs occasionally. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
