If you have a knack for connecting with people and want to make a real impact in the agricultural sector, we want to hear from you!The RoleAs a Remote Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients (farmers and agricultural business owners). Your primary goal is to reach out to leads, understand their current farming challenges, and schedule consultancy appointments for our expert Agricultural Consultants.You do not need to close the sale—you just need to open the door and book the meeting!What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Outbound Outreach: Make outbound calls daily to farmers, growers, and agribusiness owners across the USA. Lead Qualification: Ask insightful questions to determine if the prospect is a good fit for our consulting services. Calendar Management: Schedule qualified appointments directly into the calendars of our Senior Consultants. CRM Management: Accurately log all call details, prospect feedback, and follow-up activities in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce/GoHighLevel). Relationship Building: Build quick rapport and trust with farmers through a respectful, consultative, and down-to-earth communication style. RequirementsWhat We Are Looking For (Requirements) Experience: 0-2 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales (telemarketing). Communication Skills: Native or highly fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tone: Empathetic, resilient, and professional. You must be comfortable speaking with hard-working farmers and understanding their unique challenges. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRMs, VoIP phone systems, and Google Workspace. Setup: A quiet home office environment, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a good quality headset.
