This role is ideal for someone who can take ideas from concept to market (“0 → 1”) and scale existing products (“1 → 2”) while driving measurable business impact.You will own the full product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and building business cases to executing go-to-market strategies and optimizing performance.What You’ll doDefine and drive product strategy and vision aligned with business goalsIdentify new product opportunities and build data-driven business cLead products from concept through launch and growthPartner with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, risk, leadership)Own product performance, including growth, revenue, and customer outcomesDevelop and refine pricing and go-to-market strategiesAnalyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide decisionsPresent insights and recommendations to senior leadershipWhat We’re Looking For8+ years of product management experience (financial services or payments preferred)Proven experience owning products from idea to launch and beyondStrong background in product strategy, business case development, and executionExperience with payments, lending, or financial products (consumer or commercial)Ability to balance strategy, analytics, and executionStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, fintech, government) is a plusNice to HaveExperience with P&L ownership or product financialsFamiliarity with SQL, Tableau, or data analysis toolsExposure to treasury, cash management, or payment railsKey Traits for SuccessStrategic thinker who can also executeComfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownershipStrong business acumen (not just technical or delivery-focused)Collaborative, proactive, and able to influence without authority
