Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations - Healthcare Services - Bronx, NY (Onsite) - Full Time - 5 Days/Week - $175,000-$210,000 Per YearSeeking a Vice President of Finance & Investor RelationsA large multi-specialty healthcare delivery organization on the path for growth is looking for a Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations to lead strategic financial planning, investor relations, investment banking initiatives, and merger & acquisition activity across a rapidly expanding healthcare platform. This executive will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive financial performance, support expansion efforts, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and strengthen relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic financial partners.Location: Bronx, NY (Onsite)Employment Type: Full Time - 5 Days/Week- potential 1 day HybridCompensation:Pay Range: $175,000-$210,000 Per YearPerformance based bonus + Profit SharingOverview:• A rapidly growing, multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations to join its executive leadership team.• This role will lead all financial operations while serving as a key partner to the CFO and executive team. You'll play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, managing investor relationships, and supporting growth initiatives, including M&A.• This is a highly visible position with direct impact on the organization's growth and long-term strategy.Key Responsibilities:• Lead Investor Relations, including regular communication with investors, board members, and external stakeholders; prepare and present financial updates, performance insights, and strategic initiatives• Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and decision-making• Lead all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness• Support and execute M&A activity (due diligence, valuation, deal execution, and integration)• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital investments• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external partners• Oversee treasury functions, cash flow, and capital allocation• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadershipQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership• Background in investment banking, with healthcare transaction exposure preferred• Proven experience managing investor relations and working with boards, investors, or private equity stakeholders• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement models, and operational metrics (value-based care experience a plus)• Proven experience leading M&A transactions end-to-end• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skillsPreferred Experience:• Experience in a private equity-backed or publicly traded healthcare organization• Exposure to healthcare technology and data analytics• Strong negotiation and relationship management skillsWhy This Opportunity:• Executive-level role with high visibility and influence• Direct partnership with CFO and leadership team• Opportunity to lead investor relations and strategic growth initiatives• Dynamic, mission-driven healthcare environmentPlease email : josh.ganzelli@itmmi.com#LI-JG1#INDTWO26-10713
