Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Lead daily operations, oversee FOH and BOH teams, drive sales and profitability.
Team Management & Development: Schedule, train, onboard, coach, and mentor staff.
Quality & Guest Experience: Maintain food and service standards, address guest feedback.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, sanitation regulations and conduct inspections.
Financial Oversight: Optimize labor costs, support budgeting, inventory, and cost‑saving initiatives.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, performance analysis.
Proven leadership and people‑management skills, building high‑performing teams.
