Customer Service Coordinator
Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator ILocation: Elgin, IL (100% Onsite)Pay Rate: $22/hourAssignment Duration: Long-term contract, up to 2 yearsAbout the RoleJoin a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting world-class communications equipment and mission-critical solutions for first responders and public safety customers. This role is highly customer-facing and focused on coordinating customer visits, scheduling events, and supporting presentations and marketing materials.The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, organized, proactive, and comfortable interacting with customers in person.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule customer visits, demonstrations, and eventsServe as a point of contact for internal teams and customer visitorsManage event logistics including:Conference room schedulingMeal coordinationCustomer toursLocal event and attraction communicationGreeting customers and visitors onsiteAssist with updating brochures, presentations, videos, and marketing materialsSupport administrative and facility-related functions as neededCommunicate schedules and updates with internal project management and field teamsMaintain a professional and welcoming customer experienceRequired Qualifications1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing roleExperience coordinating customer events, meetings, or schedulesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and attitudeIntermediate computer skillsExperience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)Reliable, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Preferred QualificationsBilingual in English and SpanishKnowledge of Oracle toolsExperience handling customer visa or immigration paperworkExperience creating presentations or marketing materialsGraphic design experience is a plusWho We AreSGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
