The Role
Manager & Team
You will report directly to Elise Cardon, Head of Partnerships - Elise owns the Partnerships scope within the Operations department and works closely with the two other Operations teams: Due Diligence and Back Office. As her intern, you will work hand-in-hand with her on all key topics - making this a unique opportunity for real ownership and direct mentorship from day one.
What will you do?
As a Partners Relationship Manager Assistant, you will be the key daily coordinator for all ongoing affairs with our partners - banks, FX liquidity providers, and other strategic counterparts. You will have a central role in supporting projects, processes, and cross-team discussions.
Your main assignments will include
KYC & Compliance - Centralize, organize, and maintain documentation for KYC processes; respond to KYC demands and periodic compliance reviews
Stakeholder Coordination - Map and coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams and partner organizations
Reporting & Data Analysis - Compile and report data necessary for ongoing discussions with financial institutions (banks, FX liquidity providers…)
Financial Monitoring - Track costs and revenues generated by each financial institution to facilitate feedback and support negotiations
Process Improvement & AI - Contribute to the optimization of the governance framework; proactively leverage AI-powered tools to improve daily efficiency, reporting, and analysis
What do you bring?
Must haves
Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 programme in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Grande École, Master's degree)
Fluent in French and English - mandatory (written and spoken, professional level)
Strong analytical skills: comfortable handling data, building reports, and preparing business-oriented analyses
Excellent written communication: able to produce clear, concise deliverables for senior management and external partners
Rigorous and organized: reliable in managing complex documentation and multi-stakeholder follow-ups
Proactive and autonomous: a true doer who takes ownership without waiting to be told
Strong team player: comfortable working transversally across departments and seniority levels
Curious about emerging technologies, particularly AI tools applied to operational efficiency
Nice to haves
Understanding of banks' business models and services: international payments, correspondent banking, capital markets (FX)
Familiarity with SWIFT and SEPA frameworks
Exposure to digital assets or FX products
Knowledge of local vs. virtual accounts and local IBAN establishment
