Career Account Executive (Contract to Full-Time Starting Sept 30th) About the Position As a National Career Account Executive, you will be on the front lines of our mission - getting future cybersecurity professionals excited about transitioning to a career in cyber security. You’ll be looked to as a subject-matter-expert on cyber security career pathways and training – especially our #1 on-the-job Security Operation Center (SOC) hands-on training program! Tuition for the program is $9250, so this is a BIG part of the value of this arrangement. Contract to Hire. This is a contract position from 9/30/24 – 12/31/24. This position has the potential to become full-time 01/01/25. Contract Term Schedule Work Schedule: MONDAY – FRIDAY 1:00pm – 6:30pm EDT Work Location: In-Person at 45305 Catalina Ct. Ste 150, Sterling, VA 20166 SOC Training Schedule: MONDAY – THURSDAY 7:00 – 9:30pm EDT SOC Training Location: Remote Enrollment Commissions. You will be paid $250 commission for each program enrollment. We will provide you leads, structure, software technology, and our best-practices for success. Commission Advance. You will be paid $500 semi-monthly, as an advance against commissions earned during this period but not yet eligible to be paid due to the timing of the Course Start Dates. Position Responsibilities: Desire and satisfaction in generating sales and desire for continued learning & development Complete 50-100 outbound calls per day to leads that have expressedexpressing interest in our programs Convert leads into enrolled students Achieve weekly enrollment targets Guide prospective students through the admissions process Attend admissions events and webinars as needed Leverage CRM system to track student pipeline * Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales Proficiency with enterprise CRM and ticket management software (HubSpot preferred) One or more of the following credentials or degrees: CompTIA Security+ CompTIA CySA+ CompTIA PenTest+ EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) ISC^2 Certified in Cybersecurity Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity Job Type: Contract Pay: $1,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
