Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, documentation, and coordinate with site leadership and team members to support daily operational needs.ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and other machinery as requiredLoad, unload, and move waste materials and feedstock throughout the facilityPerform routine pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance on equipmentEnsure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policiesMaintain accurate logs of equipment operation and maintenanceCoordinate with site supervisors and other team members to support efficient operationsKeep work areas clean and organizedReport any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediatelySkills And QualificationsRequired QualificationsValid heavy equipment operator certification/licenseMinimum 2–3 years of experience operating heavy equipmentStrong understanding of safety protocols and proceduresAbility to read and interpret site plans and work ordersGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentPhysical ability to work in various weather conditionsValid driver’s licensePreferred QualificationsExperience in waste management, recycling, or industrial facilitiesForklift certificationFirst Aid/CPR certificationExperience with multiple types of heavy equipmentWorking ConditionsFull-time position with shift work as requiredOutdoor and indoor work environmentMay require overtime and weekend workLocation: Caldwell, TXPay: $30-35/hr (W2)
