Maintenance TechnicianMaintenance Technician, Integrity Warren (River Run Apartments)8:30 AM - 5:00 PMon-call rotationWe're looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our property in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties.The qualified candidate will have experience installing flooring (LVP primarily), HVAC diagnosis, and basic plumbing repairs.Essential Job Functions:Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.Prepare vacant units for new residents.Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.Qualifications/Requirements: 1-2 years of maintenance experience.Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.Good communication and problem-solving skills.A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.Must have own hand tools.Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
