Litigation Attorney

Job Description The Litigation Attorney will handle plaintiff personal injury cases, managing matters from initial intake through settlement and or Litigation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in case investigation, negotiation, and client communication, ensuring that all cases progress effectively and meet legal deadlines.ResponsibilitiesOversee personal injury cases from intake through settlement and or LitigationDraft and review pleading, motions, discovery and demands.Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.Appear at hearing and court proceedings.Communicate with clients and insurance adjustors and opposing counsel.Work with paralegals and support staff to resolve cases.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience as a Litigation attorney.
