Marketing & Pursuit Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Pursuit & Marketing Coordinator to support and execute business development and marketing efforts for a growing construction firm. This role plays a critical part in positioning the company for success through proposal development, brand consistency, and strategic storytelling.This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and process-driven—able to manage deadlines, produce high-quality deliverables, and translate complex construction projects into compelling, client-facing content. The right candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable collaborating across teams, with opportunities to support and participate in client-facing business development efforts.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProposal Development & Business Development SupportLead coordination and production of RFQ/RFP responses, including reviewing solicitations, assembling content, formatting, and managing submissionsReview solicitations to identify requirements, deadlines, and submission criteriaCollaborate with internal teams to gather project information, resumes, and technical contentFormat proposals using Adobe InDesign to ensure polished, on-brand submissionsMaintain and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and project dataSupport public works and CM project bid processes, including document coordination and bid execution.Support and contribute to client-facing meetings, interviews, and presentations alongside the Director of Business Development, including preparation of materials and occasional direct interaction with clientsMarketing & Brand ExecutionSupport execution of marketing initiatives aligned with company goals and growth strategy.Create and manage content for social media, website updates, and project announcements.Develop project profiles, project summaries, and compelling project narratives for marketing and award submissions.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communicationsPartner with project managers and field teams to gather stories, photos, and key milestonesMaintain marketing assets, photography, and project documentationUpdate and manage CRM data related to pursuits, projects, and team informationJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or a related field or no less than an Associate’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination)Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines, often with competing priorities, while maintaining accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF toolsExperience with Adobe InDesign (Illustrator/Photoshop a plus)Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityClear communication skills and ability to work across teamsExperience supporting proposals, bids, or marketing effortsAdministrative or project support experience, preferably in construction or AEC (preferred)Employer is EOE/M/F/D/V.
