CMA/LPN OB/GYN Speciality Clinic - .8 FTE Day Shift positionCandidates must have completed a Medical Assistant Technical College Training Program and be certified or in the process of completing his/hers national certification or be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Wisconsin. Two years of prior medical assistant or LPN work experience is highly preferred in a clinic setting. Prefer candidates that have had prior OB/GYN experience.The CMA or LPN will provide excellent patient care including rooming patients, vital signs and patient histories, give injections, phone triage and assist with minor office procedures. Assist with lab and x-ray as needed to maintain patient flow in the clinic. Will communicate professionally and friendly with customers at all times. Return patient phone calls and questions in a timely manner. Refill medications as instructed by the provider and/or guidelines. Assist with billing and coding of care provided and insurance processing on a daily basis. Assist with scheduling specialty appointments in a timely manner.8 FTE day shift position.
