Job Posting: Full-Time Dental Technician Company: Summit-Horizon Dental Lab Location: Bridgeton, MO Entry Level Dental Lab Technician (Full-Time) We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Dental Lab Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Assistant (DA) looking for a rewarding career change while leveraging their existing dental knowledge in a new environment. About the Role: This full-time, onsite position is ideal for someone with a dental background who is eager to learn the technical side of dentistry. We are willing to provide comprehensive training, but candidates must have some prior dental experience (Dental Assistant, dental receptionist, or related dental field preferred). Key Responsibilities: - Fabricate and finish dental prosthetics and appliances according to case specifications - Communicate directly with dental offices and dentists regarding case details, questions, and timelines - Ensure high-quality standards through strong attention to detail at every stage of production - Maintain accurate case documentation and follow lab protocols - Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team Requirements: - Prior dental background or experience (Dental Assistant strongly preferred) - Strong attention to detail and quality focus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills you must be articulate and professional when speaking with dentists and dental office staff - Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday (no remote work) - Reliable, dependable, and committed to long-term employment - Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer: - Starting pay of $21 per hour, with increases based on experience and performance - Employer-subsidized health insurance - Employer-paid life insurance - Dental care plan - 10 PTO days to start (accrual-based and prorated for start date) - Paid holidays - Additional Bonus PTO days - A supportive team environment with long-term career potential We are looking for a dedicated individual who values precision, clear communication, and building lasting professional relationships.
