We're passionate about quality, craft, and creating a welcoming space for all.Position OverviewWe're seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Retail Assistant to join the team at Long Trail Brewery. In this role, you'll be the face of our retail space, helping guests find the perfect merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. This position requires weekend and evening availability and is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist guests in the retail area, providing friendly, knowledgeable serviceOperate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for purchases and returnsFulfill and package web orders in coordination with our delivery servicesEnsure merchandise is properly labeled, displayed, and well-stockedMaintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displaysReceive shipments, assist with inventory counts, and communicate stock needsSupport daily financial reconciliation and coordinate with the Finance teamCollaborate with Marketing on promotional signage and merchandising strategiesCommunicate with Operations, Maintenance, and QA to ensure a safe and sanitary environmentQualificationsPrior experience in retail or customer service; hospitality industry experience a plusComfortable using POS systems and basic computer applicationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a high-traffic settingReliable, flexible, and available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shiftsWhy Join UsBarrel One Collective values passion, integrity, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
