Process Engineer

We’re actively hiring Process Engineers to support a high-impact manufacturing operation at a solar plant in Hemlock, MI. This is a hands-on role ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced production environments and enjoy driving process improvements.🔍 What You’ll Do:Support process improvements, variability & defect reduction initiativesAnalyze production data to improve line performance & throughputAssist in executing experiments and interpreting resultsDevelop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training documentationDrive root cause analysis and problem-solving on the manufacturing floorEnsure adherence to safe work practices✅ What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering2+ years (5+ preferred) in a manufacturing environmentStrong data analysis & problem-solving skillsComfortable working hands-on in production settingsWillingness to work rotating day/night shiftsSelf-starter with strong collaboration and communication skills➕ Nice to Have:Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC)Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE)Background in process optimization / Six Sigma initiatives🔄 Work Schedule:12-hour shifts (6 AM–6 PM / 6 PM–6 AM)2-3-2 rotating schedule (Day shift one week, Night shift the next)42 hours/week + ~2 hours OTℹ️ Additional Info:100% onsite roleNo travel requiredOpen to non-local candidates willing to relocate at their own expense
