JAVA/Angular Software Engineer

Since our establishment in 2005, we accompany our clients in all areas of railway including: signaling and control systems, rolling stock, low voltage and telecommunications, high voltage and infrastructure.🚆We are looking for an experienced JAVA/Angular Software Engineer to join exciting railway projects in North America.Qualifications needed5+ years of experience in software development.Railway industry experience preferred.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field.Strong experience with Java and Angular development.Experience working on safety-critical systems (SIL 2 environment is a plus).Knowledge of cloud deployments and Kubernetes.Understanding of railway signaling systems and CBTC technologies is a plus.Familiarity with CENELEC EN 501XX standards is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain rail dispatch software systems.Design and implement applications using Java and Angular.Participate in subsystem design documentation.Collaborate with international engineering and design teams.Support cloud-based deployments and system integration activities.Contribute to the development of large-scale railway dispatch systems covering over 25,000 miles of track.Ensure compliance with railway software safety standards and project requirements.Support performance testing and system validation activities.✅ Why Join Us?Career Growth & Development: We offer tailored career plans, ongoing professional development, and clear progression pathways thanks to our IKOS Academy.High-Impact Projects: Work on pioneering railway and/or energy projects alongside industry leaders worldwide.International Experience: Here it is possible!
