OverviewABA Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Verbal Beginnings is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider serving children diagnosed with autism. We provide extensive training to anyone interested in learning about ABA therapy and autism and have a passion for working with children!Schedule, Location and Compensation:When: Sessions typically occur 3-5 days per week for 2-3 hours, between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday. The ABA Technician / Registered Behavior TechnicianCollects and records data to monitor the progress of a treatment plan and works in collaboration with the clinical supervisor to update the treatment plan as necessaryQualificationsAttributes and qualifications needed to be successful in this role:Patience, compassion and the desire to help children with autism achieve their goalsGenuine desire to learn about Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) TherapyAbility to work independently and collaborate with othersHigh School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) preferredExperience working with children Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationAll ABA Technicians will be required to complete or provide proof of completion of the 40-Hour RBT course.
