Full Stack Developer

Job Description Seeking a Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and scale our cloud-based SaaS pharmacy procurement platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-quality software solutions that deliver value to customers through intuitive user experiences and reliable, scalable architecture. As part of a cross-functional product team, you'll work across the stack-contributing to front-end UI development, back-end services, cloud infrastructure, and everything in between. You'll help shape the technical direction of our platform and play a key role in delivering features that drive customer success. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web application within a cloud-native SaaS environmentDevelop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)Integrate third-party systems and APIs as part of client or internal workflowsWrite and maintain clean, testable, and well-documented codeWork closely with the product manager and designer to turn business requirements into technical solutionsWork closely with IT to maintain and monitor the cloud environmentDesign and manage data models and databases, ensuring performance and reliabilityContribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to ensure smooth deploymentsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the stackStay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in SaaS development Desired Education and Experience Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in a SaaS environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, pharmacy) - preferredStrong back-end development skills in Python and Django framework. Experience with Go or similar language can be helpfulProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or AngularExperience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with external servicesSolid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB)Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker) - preferredExperience using Cursor and other AI toolsGood understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protectionAbility to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both on and offshore, with flexible hoursExcellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Evaluation and Process Improvement:Annual performance reviews will be conducted along with goal setting.Provide recommendations on process improvements.
