General Counsel - Contract Negotiation Location: Boston, MA - relocation assistance provided Overview Seeking an experienced attorney to support the energy management and commodities team at an international renewable energy firm. This role provides strategic legal advice on complex transactions, regulatory matters, and commercial agreements, working closely with senior leadership and trading teams. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate PPAs, RECs, and ISDA agreements Structure and advise on complex commercial transactions Support KYC processes and corporate compliance Advise on permitting, regulatory matters, and litigation Provide practical legal guidance across trading, finance, and corporate issues Develop strategies to minimize legal and commercial risk Requirements JD and 5+ years’ transactional legal experience - renewable energy industry required Knowledge of FERC and RTO frameworksStrong communication, negotiation, and business judgment Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Hybrid working model If you are interested and have the above qualifications, please apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
