As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in developing the skills, behaviours, and performance of our Sales team. Working closely with Sales Leadership, you’ll deliver structured coaching programs, support onboarding, and ensure our sales team are equipped to succeed at every stage of their journey. This is a hands-on role focused on elevating both new and experienced sales hires through a combination of live coaching, structured training, and scalable enablement content.What You'll DoDeliver Coaching & Development ProgramsFacilitate structured coaching sessions across Sales Development, Account Executives, and Customer-facing teamsDeliver classroom and virtual training, onboarding workshops, and 1:1 coachingReinforce best practices across prospecting, discovery, solution selling, and deal progressionProvide actionable, constructive feedback to improve individual and team performanceOwn Sales Enablement FrameworksAct as a subject matter expert on Evotix sales processes, methodologies, and playbooksSupport the rollout and adoption of the Sales Competency Matrix (SCM) across all sales rolesEnsure clear understanding of performance expectations, behaviours, and progression pathwaysEmbed consistent evaluation standards across hiring, onboarding, development, and performance managementSupport Onboarding & Career DevelopmentPartner with Enablement and Sales Leadership to support onboarding across all sales functionsTrack progress against key milestones and provide performance insightsIdentify skill gaps and recommend targeted development plansHelp define and evolve clear career pathways across the sales organisationBuild Scalable Enablement ContentCreate engaging training materials, playbooks, call frameworks, and coaching resourcesMaintain and continuously improve enablement content within learning platforms (e.g. Allego)Ensure content is accessible, relevant, and aligned to business goalsDrive Sales ExcellenceChampion sales process, methodology, and best practices across the organisationTrain teams on sales engagement and CRM tools, ensuring consistent adoptionAnalyse performance metrics and KPIs to inform coaching prioritiesPartner with Revenue Operations to identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation and sales effectivenessWhat You Bring2+ years’ experience in a high-growth SaaS sales environmentProven experience coaching or enabling sales teams across multiple roles (e.g. SDRs, AEs, CSMs)Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing and expansionFamiliarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. Winning by Design)Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying or sales-facing roleAbility to create engaging enablement content and deliver it effectivelyStrong communication and presentation skillsHigh emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and build trustStrong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, proactive, self-starter mindsetTools & Systems ExperienceExperience with modern sales and enablement tools such as Allego, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfoComfortable using virtual training platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams)Thank you for your interest.
