DescriptionJob Title: ThriveHub ManagerEmployment Classification: ExemptLocation: South CarolinaFull-time/Part-time: Full-timeOnsite/Hybrid/Remote: HybridTravel Required: Yes, 10%Department: OperationsReporting Supervisor: Chief Operations OfficerPrimary Job Objective/Job SummaryThe ThriveHub Manager leads system adoption, training strategy, and operational oversight for ThriveHub across SC Thrive and partner organizations. This role bridges technology and program delivery by ensuring users are equipped, informed, and supported in integrating the platform into their daily workflows. The ThriveHub Manager conducts system demonstrations, trains internal staff to present externally, and supports successful implementation efforts with partner organizations throughout the state.Direct Reports/Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneEssential FunctionsBecome a trained SC Thrive Counselor with the ability to perform client intake interviews and complete applications as well as determine how to expand and best implement usage of ThriveHub within partner agencies. Become fully knowledgeable and able to present at numerous speaking engagements on the breadth of SC Thrive. Participate in high leverage state and national coalitions, events, conferences, etc. to promote the work of SC Thrive.Become knowledgeable in all aspects of SC Thrive’s client management system, ThriveHub, and all SC Thrive trainings. Stay current on industry and organization trends, products, competitive activity, and customer needs. Demonstrate excellent technical understanding of integrated technology systems.Conduct ThriveHub demonstrations and train staff to present to external stakeholders.Coordinate and perform regular system testing and manage issue tracking from first report to resolution.Develop and administer internal ThriveHub learning plans.Create various learning resources such as detailed documentation, step-by-step guides, and presentations to help users understand and effectively use ThriveHub.Regularly review and update learning resources to reflect new features, updates, and user feedback.Organize and lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate users and internal teams on ThriveHub features and best practices.Develop and distribute ThriveHub updates, ensuring information is accurately communicated to audiences of varying technical knowledge.Identify and manage system issues, coordinate with developers for resolution, and communicate updates and workarounds to staff in a timely manner.Support team to facilitate implementation of ThriveHub with partner organizations. Other duties as assigned.RequirementsQualifications and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Human Services, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience2-3 years of project management or customer support experienceStrong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigate integrated systems quicklyProficient in Microsoft Office 365 technology suiteDisplays strong attention to detail, problem solving, analytical and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications And ExperienceExperience in social services, nonprofit program operations, case management, or benefits access environments preferredExperience implementing or administering a case management system, CRM, or other integrated technology platformExperience working in a collaborative environment with software developers or technical vendorsDisplays strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong active listening skillsIs enthusiastic and has a positive attitude toward helping othersDisplays ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and be a self-starterCore CompetenciesOrganizational & Planning SkillsJudgement/Decision Making IntelligenceIntegrity Relationship & Conflict Management InnovationAdaptabilityListening Communication (Oral and Written)Diversity Stress ManagementAdditional Notes/Requirements/QualificationsPre-employment screens are required per standard policy to include background and drug screening. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends, as needed.Must have reliable transportation or be able to secure transportation for travel as needed. Must have a valid SC driver’s license, minimum state auto insurance, and the ability to travel to multiple worksites in SC.Must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with SC Thrive policy. Must have consistent, secure, high-speed internet access that is at least 25 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload and meets SC Thrive’s standards.Working Conditions And Physical DemandsThe job will usually be performed in a standard office environment, but occasionally, travel will be required. Occasional work outside standard business hours, including nights, overnights and weekends, may be required for special projects and events. Occasionally travels and works in outdoor weather conditions.Must be able to remain stationary 70% of the time. The individual in this job must occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office equipment, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as calculators, printers, etc. Frequently positions themselves to maintain files in file cabinets. Consistently communicates information and ideas to others. Must be able to exchange accurate information in a manner others understand in these situations. Frequently observes details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
