Senior Paralegal
The Senior Corporate Paralegal position will provide organizational and practice specific assistance to one or more attorneys. Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities and work in an organized and efficient manner. Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to preparing correspondence, notebooks, drafting documents, forming entities, prepare UCC filings, confidentiality agreements, service agreements and other agreements as assigned; corporate governance, and maintaining corporate records, including ownership records, and case files; tracking signatures on documents; assisting with legal research. Position will be full time; physical presence at corporate office is preferred, but remote work is possible with the right candidate (in which case periodic travel to corporate office in Plano, Texas, will be expected).
Qualifications/Requirements:

Requirements include
Bachelor's degree preferred, paralegal certification a plus.
Four plus (4+) years law firm experience with corporate or healthcare background, preferred.
Type at least 70 words per minute.
Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word.
Advanced analytical skills required; experience with Adobe Profession preferred
