Unlike traditional field service roles, this position is based within a corporate campus environment where you will work on complex, well-maintained commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems that directly support critical infrastructure and occupant comfort. This hands-on role focuses on chilled water systems, air distribution systems, and commercial mechanical equipment across commercial properties, including a corporate campus setting. Ideal for a seasoned commercial HVAC professional seeking stability, technical depth, and a high-performance work environment.What You'll DoInspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsService chillers, air handlers, VAV systems, mini splits, compressors, condensers, motors, valves, and controlsDiagnose electrical and mechanical HVAC system faults and implement corrective solutionsMaintain chilled water systems and domestic water systemsPerform preventative maintenance according to established schedulesRepair or replace HVAC components including belts, sensors, thermostats, and related equipmentMaintain accurate documentation using CMMS or BAS systemsRespond to service requests and mechanical emergencies in a timely mannerAssist with minor plumbing, lighting circuits, electrical, painting, and general building maintenance tasksEnsure compliance with OSHA and safety standardsDemonstrate competence in equipment operation prior to independent workWhat You'll Need3 plus years of commercial HVAC experience in commercial facilities Experience troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems Exposure to refrigeration systems Basic understanding of chilled water systems preferred EPA Certification, required Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Experience using digital work order systems preferred Valid Florida Driver's License Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 40 hours per week, with required Saturday schedulePreferredHVAC Technical Training CertificateOSHA 10 or OSHA 40 certificationExperience supporting commercial properties that include corporate campus environments
