Job Description Job Title: Vehicle Safety OperatorEmployment Type: Direct HireShift: AM, PM or GraveyardLocation: Houston, TX 77085Compensation: $20.20/hr + Shift DifferentialPosition Summary:Balance Staffing is seeking a Vehicle Safety Operator to support day-to-day driving operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing vehicle performance during trips, ensuring a safe, comfortable experience for passengers, and taking control of the vehicle whenever needed. This position does not require technical expertise—only strong situational awareness, attention to safety, and excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Remain attentive throughout each ride and respond quickly to any issues.Take full control of the vehicle when conditions require driver involvement.Maintain a professional, courteous attitude while interacting with passengers.Oversee vehicle behavior and performance during assigned routes to ensure safety and reliability.Candidate Requirements:Fluent in EnglishClean driving recordValid Texas driver's licenseMust be at least 18 years oldAt least 3 years of driving historyComfortable engaging with ridersStrong safety awareness and ability to follow guidanceAbility to remain seated in a vehicle for extended periodsPreferred (Not Required):Background in ride-share or delivery drivingExperience with autonomous vehicle technologyIf you're safety-focused, customer-oriented, and excited about working with cutting-edge technology, call me directly at 210-263-1376!Company DescriptionBalance Staffing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
