The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer relationships, managing client accounts, and meeting sales goals. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, presenting solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.QualificationsStrong Negotiation Skills and Relationship ManagementExcellent Communication SkillsKnowledge of the Construction/Concrete BusinessSelf-motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamSales experience is preferredAbility to work flexible hours to meet client needsReliable transportation for site visits and to travel within the South Louisiana region
