Scrum Master

Requirements and responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Michelin Connected Fleet. In this role, you will be accountable for the Scrum teams’ effectiveness, ensuring the teams work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the development team, product owner, product manager and other stakeholders to remove impediments, facilitate ceremonies, and promote continuous improvement. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our teams helping them grow and consistently meet objectives. What you will do Enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox Guide the team in self-management and cross-functionality. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress. Mentor individual team members to enhance their skills and capabilities and encourage continuous learning and improvement within the team. Coach team members and wider organization in Agile principles, Scrum values and practices. Work closely with the Product Owner/Staff Engineers/Architects to ensure that requirements are clearly defined Support Product Owner and Product Manager in quarterly planning activities with the team Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share knowledge and best practices and identify and implement process improvements. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams. Track KPIs to help teams deliver high-quality solutions on time. What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering software projects in an Agile environment. Deep understanding of Agile values, principles and Scrum practices. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and foster collaboration within a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional skills Experience with Jira, Aha!, Confluence and Slack Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile scaling frameworks
