We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join our team in the Arizona market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale exterior renovation projects from inception to completion. This role requires a leader with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in the Arizona market, who can navigate complex projects and lead teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to final walkthroughs including project close-out Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, safety meeting logs and required documents, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. Review progress and approve sub-contractor's invoices. Provide weekly updates via progress reports to management and customers. Assist with detailed takeoffs and estimating. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong background in exterior multi -family / commercial construction. Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings and documents. Extensive experience in roofing, carpentry / siding, windows/doors, and exterior painting on multi-level structures. Ability to travel within Arizona and boarding states on a regular basis. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with a focus on quality and safety. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Requirements and Preferences for the Superintendent Role: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered. Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role. Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus. Ability to work in various weather conditions and on different types of terrain. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods. Work Environment: Primarily on-site at construction locations. Will require travel between job sites. May involve extended hours or weekend work depending on project needs.
