Your role is pivotal in fulfilling clients kitchen, bath, and renovation product needs while driving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests upon arriving, learn their motivations, and recommend suitable products and design ideas.Advise customers using product expertise and basic design principles (color, material, style), present mock-ups via iPad or software.Respond accurately to inquiries about pricing, inventory, and delivery; prepare quotations and follow up on orders.Keep showroom organized, stock replenished, and visual displays appealing.Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and design sensibility.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.Prior sales experience preferred, especially in kitchen & bath, lighting, flooring, or cabinetry.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Understanding of interior design basics and aesthetics.Organizational and time management skills.Able to work in a fast-paced showroom environment; physical stamina for handling moderately heavy items.Flexible schedule including weekends for customer appointments. xhyhwjd Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary plus commission; total comp target range $55K$100K+.Comprehensive benefits: health, insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off
