Team members collaborate remotely while maintaining efficient processes and supporting the organization's financial management.About the RoleWe are seeking a Remote Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support daily bookkeeping activities. In this role, you will record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, organize financial documentation, and assist with basic reporting while working independently in a flexible remote environment.ResponsibilitiesRecord and maintain accurate financial transactions, including income and expenses.Organize invoices, receipts, payment records, and financial documentation.Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.Maintain accurate spreadsheets and bookkeeping records.Assist with preparing basic financial reports.Ensure financial records remain organized, complete, and up to date.Support accounting processes with accurate data entry and documentation.Maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.Work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.QualificationsCurrent authorization to work in the United States and residency within the United States.Basic to intermediate knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.Experience using QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Excellent time management and reliability.Previous bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or administrative experience is preferred.Equal Opportunity StatementWholeHeart Campaigns is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
