Our Client is a nationally licensed plumbing and pipe restoration company delivering market-leading, non-invasive pipe rehabilitation technology across commercial and institutional markets. With a strong national footprint and proprietary solutions, Our Client partners with property owners and managers to extend the life of piping systems while minimizing disruption and cost. Our Client is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Associate / Business Developer for an immediate opening. Position SummaryThe Commercial Sales Associate is responsible for expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through proactive business development, consultative selling, and relationship management within targeted commercial markets. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with strong leadership qualities, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand a potential customer base through effective prospecting, lead generation, and qualificationTarget and develop business within HOAs, property management companies, hotels, apartment communities, owners, and government entitiesSecure appointments and deliver on-site presentations to decision-makers Lead the full sales cycle including business development, estimating, proposal writing, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-upDevelop and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks through ongoing engagement and outreach Accurately track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM tools Represent Our Client professionally while promoting differentiated, non-invasive pipe restoration solutions Qualifications & RequirementsRequiredMinimum 5 years of commercial sales experience with demonstrated leadership qualities Proven ability to prospect, close, and manage long-cycle commercial sales Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehiclePreferredCommercial service industry experience (Property Management, Hospitality, Facilities, etc.) Experience in the drain-lining or pipe restoration industryBackground in construction, building trades, or property management Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Proficiency with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package consisting of Base Salary + Commission, dependent on experience 401(k) retirement planMedical and additional benefits available after 90 daysPaid time off and sick daysCompany-provided phone and laptopVehicle expenses and mileage reimbursement
