They offer objective, professional help with personal problems ranging from family life adjustment difficulties to stress reactions, substance abuse and mental illness The Position: The APRN will assess, diagnose, and treat patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, providing therapy, medication management, and education to patients and families. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality psychiatric care.Compensation & Benefits:$130,000 - $140,000+ depending on experience$14,000 Sign-On BonusHealth Insurance21 Days PTO + 9 Paid Holidays403b with 4% MatchSTD & LTDLife InsuranceRelocation Assistance AvailableRequirements:Master s degree in Psychiatric Nursing with clinical specialty as a Psychiatric Nurse PractitionerActive Florida APRN LicenseANCC Psychiatric Certification across the lifespan (or documentation of intent to obtain within 6 months)Minimum of 1 year applicable psychiatric experience preferredCompliance with Florida Statutes 394.4572Responsibilities:Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient and inpatient patientsProvide therapy and pharmacological management tailored to individual patient needsEducate patients and families on mental health conditions and prescribed medicationsCollaborate with inpatient staff and discharge planners on treatment and discharge planningMaintain accurate documentation of patient care within 24 hours of serviceConsult with other medical and non-medical personnel on clinical issuesTravel between clinic or service sites as neededSchedule:Monday Friday, standard business hours with occasional inpatient coverage as assigned
