Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (Python/AI)📍 Location: San Francisco, CA💼 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office🧑 💻 Experience: 5–10 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a lean, high-impact engineering team building AI-native products in healthcare.This is a backend-leaning full-stack role where you will work with Python, AI/LLMs, and modern web technologies to build and scale production systems.What You'll DoBuild and ship scalable backend services and infrastructure for AI/LLM-powered products.Take projects from prototype/MVP through production.Design and improve backend architecture, reliability, observability, and code quality.Build production LLM and RAG integrations.Work closely with a small engineering team and take significant ownership of projects.Contribute across the stack when required, including TypeScript and React.Solve complex technical problems and help build new products from 0→1.What We're Looking For5–10 years of software engineering experience.Strong Python backend development experience.Experience building and scaling production systems.Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or RAG.Experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.Full-stack experience with technologies such as TypeScript and React.Strong system design and software architecture skills.Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is highly preferred.Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.Nice to HaveHealthcare or HealthTech experience.Experience taking products from 0→1.Experience working at Pre-seed to Series B startups.Experience with AI-native products.About the CompanyAn AI-native HealthTech company building technology to transform home healthcare.
