In 2020, Vertical Bridge became the first tower company in the world to achieve the CarbonNeutral company certified status and has been recertified every year since.Summary:This position will lead the marketing department with planning, implementing, executing, and tracking strategic marketing and branding plans. This role will be responsible for content creation and management, assisting in developing effective and innovative brand strategies, managing social media strategy and the company7s online presence, responsible for internal and external communication and efforts. Accountable for building, growing, and inspiring a team of marketing professionals.Job Functions:Develop and oversee marketing team strategies: Ensuring the strategies align with Vertical Bridge7s goals and objectivesCreate and implement brand, marketing, and communication strategies for Vertical BridgeLead the implementation and execution of strategies leveraging the marketing team, internal and external resourcesCollaborate and create impactful internal branding strategies; corporate marketing and communication materials, including brochures, presentations, email signatures, social media content and moreConduct market research and analyze industry trendsDevelop long-form and short-form writing for blogs, emails, letters, press releases, social media, etc.Lead and manage the marketing team through concept creation, approvals, and optimizationsDevelop, manage, and update content on Vertical Bridge7s website to reflect desired brand and image strategiesPartner in the review and editing of external communication efforts, to include press releases and articlesDrive press and media exposure in collaboration with external agenciesDevelop messaging, talking points, FAQs, and other communications to our Vertical Bridge teamConduct monthly analysis of marketing strategy and efforts, providing results and any corresponding recommendationsNote: These job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents.
