Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Warehouse Manager/Install Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations and coordinate HVAC installations at Carolina Climate Control. The HVAC Warehouse Manager/Install Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating delivery schedules, overseeing equipment staging, and ensuring timely completion of HVAC projects. Responsibilities: Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing HVAC equipment and materials. Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and technicians to ensure timely availability of materials for HVAC installations. Oversee equipment staging and preparation for HVAC installations, including loading and unloading trucks as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with Install Manager to schedule HVAC installations and assign resources based on project requirements. Assist in resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the HVAC installation process. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of HVAC installations with warehouse operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse management and HVAC installation coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. HVAC industry experience preferred. Forklift certification preferred. Must pass background check and drug screen.
