Polysomnography Tech LeadFind your purpose at CentraCare as a Polysomnography Tech Lead, helping patients find the answers they need to sleep better! In this lead role, you'll work alongside both new and experienced sleep technologists in a collaborative environment.As a Tech Lead, you will be overseen by a physician and play a key role in administering and scoring polysomnographs, MSLTs and CPAP titrations for outpatients ranging in age from 5 years to adult. For your safety, you'll never work aloneour policy ensures team support at all times.What You'll DoPrepare patients for sleep procedures and administer tests per policyScore studies and maintain accurate medical and billing recordsAssist with coordination of daily patient flow and staff schedulesLead orientation, training and competency development for team membersAct as a resource for new procedures and ensure staff readinessManage equipment needs, repairs and supply inventoryParticipate in operational improvements and management decisionsScheduleFull-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Saint Cloud Sleep CenterDays | Monday-Friday | 6:30 am 3:00 pmNo weekends or holidays!Pay and BenefitsStarting pay begins at $31.88 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experiencePay range: $31.88 - $47.83 per hour$3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidatesTuition reimbursement and college grant programs availableFull-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDOne of the following educational qualifications:Successful completion of a Polysomnographic Program of no less than one-year durationCertified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory TherapistNeurodiagnostic TechnologistMust be a Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT)Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card2 years minimum prior experience in administering and scoring polysomnographs preferred
